Team
Our company has over 300 employees. Our New York office houses the marketing, sales and onboarding. Product decisions, design, and development are done remotely.
The team is strong, and that’s one of the best parts — it’s always exciting to work alongside talented people who are open to sharing their experience. Colleagues are always ready to help find great solutions. Asking questions and sharing knowledge is encouraged.
The product team is Russian-speaking and fully autonomous.
What is Elements and Why Does It Matter?
Elements is the heart of our platform. It’s a set of intelligent UI components — buttons, forms, and widgets — that our clients embed into their websites. More than 8 million donors around the world make their contributions through Elements, and the effectiveness of these components directly impacts our clients’ revenue.
The success of Elements depends on a careful balance of:
- Ease of Implementation: Clients should be able to install and configure components quickly, without developer assistance.
- Customization Flexibility: Enterprise clients need deep customization options to match their branding and specific needs.
- High Performance: Our scripts must be lightweight, fast, and reliable across thousands of websites without affecting load time.
- Excellent Conversion: Donors from all over the world should find it easy and intuitive to make online donations.
This is a complex and exciting product challenge — and we’re looking for someone ready to take it on.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for Elements, identifying key growth areas to attract and retain enterprise clients.
- Deep Data Work: Become the center of analytical expertise for the product. Build a metrics system (conversion funnels, activation, retention) that reflects product health and customer value.
- Hypothesis Generation and Testing: Continuously explore growth opportunities in data, generate product hypotheses, and validate them using qualitative (e.g., interviews) and quantitative (e.g., A/B testing, data analysis) methods to improve key performance indicators.
- Research: Deeply explore the needs of current and potential customers, analyze competitor solutions, and track global trends in UX/UI and conversion technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams, and align with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful feature launches.
- Product Ownership: Be the go-to expert on Elements, fully owning the backlog, roadmap, and ultimate product outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS: 5+ years of proven product management experience working with and for large enterprise clients.
- Strong Analytical Background: You have hands-on experience with product analytics — not just reporting, but deep analysis of user behavior, identifying non-obvious growth opportunities in the funnel, and making data-driven decisions. You’re comfortable with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA, understand A/B testing principles, and can dig into data yourself (e.g., using SQL) to answer complex questions.
- Product Thinking: You’re passionate about identifying user problems, turning them into hypotheses, validating them with data, and driving the best ideas to release.
- English Proficiency (C1+): You communicate fluently in English — both with clients and with the English-speaking part of the team.
A Few Important Notes
- We work remotely, but our core hours are 9:00 to 18:00 CET. During this time, we actively collaborate through calls and discussions.
- Final compensation will depend on your experience, performance on the test assignment and technical interview, as well as your country of residence.
