We’re Hiring: Founding Growth & Marketing Co-Founder

FundNexus | Pune / Hybrid / Remote

We're not looking for a marketer. We're looking for a builder.

FundNexus is building a verified startup intelligence and investor discovery platform designed to make startup discovery, evaluation, and fundraising more trusted, data-driven, and efficient.

We are now looking for our first Marketing & Growth Co-Founder to build the distribution engine of FundNexus from the ground up.

This is a founding, ownership-driven role, not a traditional Marketing Head position.

Growth & GTM

Build FundNexus's 0→1 growth strategy

Develop repeatable startup and investor acquisition channels

Build and optimise acquisition, activation and retention funnels

Design and execute growth experiments

Startup Acquisition

Build programs such as FundNexus Scouts

Develop founder communities and referral channels

Build relationships with accelerators, incubators and startup ecosystems

Drive onboarding of high-quality, investment-ready startups

Investor Acquisition

Build channels to attract angels, family offices, syndicates, micro-VCs and other capital providers

Develop investor engagement and retention strategies

Work closely with the Founder & CEO on strategic investor relationships

Partnerships

Build partnerships with startup communities, accelerators, incubators and ecosystem platforms

Convert partnerships into measurable distribution channels

Brand & Content

Build FundNexus's premium market positioning

Own LinkedIn and thought-leadership strategy

Build founder and investor-focused content

Develop reports, insights and startup intelligence content

Who we're looking for

We want someone who has built, not just managed.

Ideal profile

4–8 years of relevant experience

Strong 0→1 growth / GTM experience

Experience at a startup, fintech, marketplace, B2B SaaS or startup ecosystem company

Proven experience building acquisition channels from scratch

Experience with community building and partnerships

Strong understanding of growth metrics, funnels, activation and retention

Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment

Strongly preferred

Experience in one or more of:

Marketplace / network businesses

Fintech / wealth-tech / investment platforms

Startup ecosystems

Founder communities

Accelerators / incubators

B2B SaaS

Community-led growth

Partnerships-led growth

Equity & Compensation

Co-Founder-level equity opportunity

Compensation and equity will be discussed based on experience, commitment and role scope.

Founder-level equity will follow a 4-year vesting / 1-year cliff structure.
