We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer who specializes in high-converting marketing creatives across ads, emails, blogs, and digital campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who understands modern internet aesthetics, performance marketing psychology, clean layouts, and fast-paced creative execution. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and growth teams to create designs that not only look great — but drive clicks, engagement, and conversions.

Key responsibilities

Performance Marketing Creative Design

  • Design high-converting creatives for:
  • Meta Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Google Display Ads
  • YouTube thumbnails
  • X/Twitter creatives
  • Affiliate and influencer campaigns
  • Create static, carousel, and motion-based ad creatives optimized for performance.
  • Understand direct-response design principles including hooks, hierarchy, CTA placement, and conversion-focused layouts.
  • Continuously test and iterate creative concepts based on marketing feedback and performance data.

Email Design & CRM Creative

  • Design visually engaging email campaigns for promotions, launches, newsletters, and automated flows.
  • Create clean, modern email layouts optimized for readability and click-through rates.
  • Work closely with copywriters and CRM teams to bring campaigns to life visually.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and consistency across email platforms.

Blog & Content Design

  • Design blog banners, article visuals, thumbnails, infographics, and embedded graphics.
  • Turn complex ideas into visually simplified and engaging content.
  • Create layouts and visuals that improve content readability and retention.
  • Support SEO and content marketing initiatives with visually optimized assets.

Brand & Visual Storytelling

  • Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints while evolving the brand creatively.
  • Bring fresh ideas, trends, and modern design styles into the company’s visual identity.
  • Develop clean, premium, internet-native creative styles aligned with modern performance brands.

Motion Graphics & Video Editing

  • Edit short-form videos, reels, UGC-style content, and motion creatives for ads and social media.
  • Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, animations, and sound design where needed.
  • Optimize content for multiple platforms and aspect ratios.

Fast-Paced Creative Execution

  • Deliver high-quality creatives under tight timelines and rapid campaign cycles.
  • Adapt quickly to feedback, creative pivots, and urgent requests.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and design priorities simultaneously.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work closely with marketing, growth, CRM, content, and social media teams.
  • Collaborate with media buyers and strategists to improve creative performance.
  • Maintain organized design systems, asset libraries, and version control

Trend & Industry Awareness

  • Stay updated with:
  • Performance marketing creative trends
  • Social media design trends
  • Viral ad formats
  • Modern SaaS/startup aesthetics
  • AI design tools and workflows
  • Research competitor creatives and continuously suggest new concepts and improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Figma
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • After Effects
  • Premiere Pro
  • Experience designing for:
  • Paid ads
  • Email marketing
  • Landing pages
  • Blogs/content marketing
  • Understanding of conversion-focused design and marketing psychology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving startup or performance-driven environment.
  • Experience in fintech, trading, SaaS, or creator economy brands.
  • Understanding of UGC ad styles and internet culture.
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools and workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of CRO and landing page design principles.
