Organic Marketing Strategist (REMOTE) PLEASE READ. BUDGET -
30$ - 35$ per Hour based on experience.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Organic Marketing Strategist to lead SEO and content development efforts while driving impactful strategies for organic growth. This role requires a deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, sales enablement, and technical proficiency with tools like the Google Suite and HubSpot. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and excels at crafting and implementing data-driven strategies to improve online visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute organic marketing strategies to enhance clients' digital presence, including email, social media, website, and SMS.
- Collaborate with clients and strategic leads to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content aligned with client objectives.
- Regularly audit client websites to identify improvement opportunities and implement SEO recommendations.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Moz, and HubSpot to monitor performance, gather insights, and generate actionable recommendations.
- Build and optimize content strategies that align with audience needs, best practices, and brand goals.
- Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance, leveraging data to guide continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm updates to ensure strategies remain competitive.
- Contribute to the refinement of team processes and assist with adjacent organic marketing initiatives as needed.
- Work closely with design and web development teams to outline visual projects and produce great content in video, graphic, and web formats.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in content marketing, or a similar role, with proven success in driving organic growth.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Suite, HubSpot, and SEO tools like Moz. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and content optimization techniques.
- Analytical Abilities: Skilled in interpreting data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and writing skills, with experience presenting insights and strategies to stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Desired Skills:
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with keyword research, backlink strategies, and user experience (UX) enhancements.
- Familiarity with email marketing automation tools.
- Graphic design & video experience a plus.
