Job Description

FullFunnel is seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to join our dynamic revenue operations services firm and support our marketing team. Working closely with the marketing team members, the graphic designer will be responsible for crafting conceptual and visually compelling creative for various products and services. We’re looking for a passionate designer who can hit the ground running and immediately impact the development and design of various marketing materials.

Responsibilities include:

• Spearhead designing and developing visually captivating executions across all facets of integrated communication and branding for digital and print platforms, encompassing social media graphics, advertisements, web design, and email campaigns.
• Demonstrate adeptness in navigating short development cycles, managing shifting priorities, and effectively juggling multiple design projects concurrently.
• Establish and uphold a system for maintaining organized files and comprehensive documentation, encompassing production specifications, artwork revisions, and project statuses, to optimize workflow efficiency and foster seamless collaboration within the team.
• Integrate constructive feedback from the team, iteratively refine designs as required, and ensure that final deliverables consistently meet and exceed project objectives and expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of comparable work experience, demonstrating significant contributions in the realm of graphic design and branding.
• Extensive 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a graphic design-related field, showcasing a depth of expertise and a keen understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Mastery of illustration techniques, nuanced grasp of color theory, and adept application of design principles to create impactful visual experiences.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint), and Figma or similar software, coupled with a demonstrated ability to leverage these tools to execute design visions effectively.

• Apple MacBook Air, Microsoft Surface Laptop Go, Dell Inspiron 13, 14 or 15, HP Pavilion, etc - each with customized specifications to meet the above requirements.

Connectivity Requirements:

• Fibre internet connection
• Ethernet cable
• 80 Mbps minimum internet speed
• Inverter and UPS
