Job Description:
Our client takes a strategic, growth-oriented approach to UX and design, with values rooted in transparency, open communication, early and frequent collaboration, and delivering exceptional client experiences. They are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who is a critical thinker and can confidently operate at any stage of the design process, with a strong emphasis on creating intuitive, user-centered designs. Proficiency in Figma is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Prototype Creation: Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent, visually appealing, and accessible user interface that aligns with brand standards.
Collaboration & Implementation: Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into practical solutions, ensuring designs meet both business objectives and technical constraints.
Usability Testing & Feedback: Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on user feedback to continuously improve the overall user experience and functionality.
Design Systems & Style Guides: Contribute to the creation, development, and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure a cohesive visual language across all platforms.
Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design to drive innovation and maintain the studio’s competitive edge.
Requirements:
Experience & Portfolio: 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects that highlight your creative process, technical skills, and ability to solve complex design challenges.
Figma Proficiency: Highly proficient in Figma, with the ability to create detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Experience in other design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision is a plus.
Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of visual aesthetics, and a passion for designing user-centered experiences that are both functional and engaging.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions, present ideas effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams in a remote work environment.
Adaptability & Growth Mindset: A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and feedback, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth within the design field.
