Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients while collaborating with an international team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with strong technical skills and the ability to adapt across multiple design disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Web UX/UI Design: Create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences including website layouts, app and interactive elements

Brand Identity: Develop comprehensive brand systems including logos, style guides, colour palettes, and brand applications

Print Design: Design marketing collateral, brochures, business cards, packaging, and other print materials

Social Media Content: Create engaging visual content for various social platforms, maintaining brand consistency across channels

Email Marketing: Design responsive email templates and marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions

Digital Advertising: Develop compelling ad creatives for social media, display advertising, and digital marketing campaigns

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) sufficient to communicate effectively with team members and review work feedback, as the agency operates primarily in English

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

Web design experience with knowledge of Figma

Understanding of responsive design principles and web development constraints

Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp)

Social media design expertise across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Print production knowledge including colour management, typography, and print specifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency

Time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Post secondary education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field

Experience working with international clients

Motion graphics and video editing skills

Experience with project management tools

Photography and photo retouching skills

Work Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM Argentina time

Contract Position: Independent contractor arrangement, retainer contract of 40 hours per week

Remote Work: Fully remote position

Compensation: $1350 USD per month
