We're Looking for a Senior Enterprise UX/UI Designer Who:

Is passionate about crafting user-centered design solutions that drive business results.
Has at least 5 years of experience in designing complex enterprise-SaaS applications
Loves tackling complex design problems and crafting seamless flows that enhance user experience.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Is a team player, eager to contribute to our mission and culture.
Has a robust portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and engaging user interfaces for our delivery management platform.
Collaborate with product management, engineering and other stakeholders to define and implement world class solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and tweak designs.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Mentor junior designers and help shape design strategies.

Skills We Love:

Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Strong understanding of user-centered design and testing methodologies.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
