We Are Looking For a Highly Motivated Professional To Join Our European Portfolio Marketing Team As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Supporting Fujitsu European Platform Business. This Person Will Have An Opportunity To
- Product marketing lead of key data center solutions such as Composable Disaggregated Infrastructure (CDI), new & innovative liquid cooling solutions.
- Develop, implement, and support marketing activities and create key marketing and customer facing assets around our Data Center portfolio, focusing on Servers and Integrated Systems.
- Organize Data Center product launches from end-to-end including budget management & involvement of all relevant parties (Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales and Presales) to ensure all relevant messages are in place.
- Develop and manage marketing and communication projects enabling Marketing and Sales teams communities to increase their sales performance by delivering the needed knowledge, messages, skills & tools (in collaboration with Business Development Team and Global Product Management team).
- Support the Field teams across Europe with expertise. Align with Central and Field Marketing teams to integrate requirements in end-customer programs and channel partner activities.
- Engaging with Japanese counterparts and collaborating with them on weekly basis.
- Managing available datasheets, roadmaps, sales and customer-facing materials and uploading them on the internal and external platforms (websites, share drives, extranet etc.).
- Provide regular reporting on the driven projects and manage required project related operations.
Desired Experience & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the Data Center infrastructure market, including current & existing products as well as future trends.
- Solid experience in the IT B2B communication & marketing – preferably in the Data Center area or similar roles like sales, BDM or other.
- Good copywriting, storytelling, presenting and content creation skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing including various channels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work within an international team in a remote environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with technology partners and agencies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive end-to-end execution of multiple programs simultaneously in a virtual team environment.
- The ideal candidate is open-minded, and able to work in a changing as well as demanding environment and is flexible to adopt to new areas of responsibilities.
Core Competencies
- Fluent in English spoken and written. German language would be a plus.
- Several years of experience in B2B marketing or similar areas: Product Marketing/Business Development/Partner Marketing / Product management
- Team player and comfortable working in remote teams
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good technical competence with willingness to learn new tools.
- Open to working across different cultures and addressing different agendas.
- Positive & proactive style of work, self-driven.
