What You’ll Do:
- Partner closely with data engineers and scientists to build scalable, insight-driven solutions for business teams.
- Design and maintain clean, reliable datasets that power advanced analytics, reporting, and machine learning models.
- Write maintainable, well-documented analytics code that adheres to engineering best practices.
- Ensure data models and definitions are consistent, clear, and accessible across the business.
- Enable and train business users on how to explore data and leverage visualization tools effectively.
- Translate business needs into well-structured data models and define KPIs that align with strategic goals.
- Develop high-quality code for analytical pipelines and support performance in high-scale data environments.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and Looker.
- Proven success turning complex data into actionable insights that influence business outcomes.
- Comfortable working with large-scale datasets (millions of daily records).
- Experience with API-driven data integrations, especially for marketing and sales workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a knack for solving problems creatively.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics).
- 4+ years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., analyst, data engineer, data scientist).
- At least 3 years of experience building dashboards and reports with visualization tools.
- 2+ years managing evolving data models or analytics infrastructure.
- Solid experience with marketing and sales datasets and tools.
- Quick to learn new platforms and capable of ensuring data consistency across systems.
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with customer data platforms or tools like Segment.
- Hands-on experience using R, Python, and SQL for data analysis.
- Collaborative working style with excellent cross-functional communication skills.
