Position: BTL Marketing Executive
Position Summary:
The BTL Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing below-the-line (BTL) marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and support sales growth. The role requires close collaboration with the sales team, distributors, retailers, and external vendors to ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, product sampling, roadshows, activation events, and other consumer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution of marketing activities.
- Partner with the sales team to support market development initiatives and achieve business and sales objectives.
- Monitor merchandising standards, branding execution, and point-of-sale material (POSM) visibility across assigned markets.
- Manage the inventory, distribution, and timely deployment of promotional and branding materials.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess campaign effectiveness, monitor retail execution, and collect market and competitor insights.
- Track campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of marketing resources.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics, market feedback, and return on investment (ROI).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other trade partners to enhance collaboration and customer engagement.
- Identify and recommend local marketing opportunities to improve market penetration and brand presence.
- Ensure all promotional activities are executed in line with company guidelines and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in BTL Marketing, Trade Marketing, FMCG Sales, or a related marketing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical, planning, and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
