POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires expertise in email marketing, event planning, video production, and customer marketing to optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content syndication, manage sponsorships, and create compelling webinars.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing
- Develop and execute email campaigns to drive engagement, lead nurturing, and customer retention.
- Manage email segmentation strategies for personalized outreach.
- Optimize email performance through A/B testing and analytics.
Event Marketing
- Plan, coordinate, and promote industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns for events.
- Track event performance and ROI through data-driven insights.
Video
- Edit marketing videos for social media, website content, and email campaigns as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging video content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Manage and oversee third-party video consultant for high-level video projects.
Webinars
- Develop and execute a webinar strategy to educate prospects and customers.
- Coordinate webinar logistics, including scheduling, promotions, and post-event follow-ups.
- Analyze attendee engagement and optimize future webinars.
Demand Generation
- Sponsorships - Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorship opportunities across events, publications, webinars, and digital platforms to maximize brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI.
- Content Syndication - Develop and manage content syndication strategies with third-party platforms to expand reach, amplify visibility, and optimize performance based on engagement metrics.
Customer Marketing
- Create customer-focused marketing programs to drive engagement and retention.
- Develop case studies, testimonials, email outreach, and customer success stories.
- Implement referral and advocacy programs to leverage existing customers for growth.
- Manage the marketing activities related to in-app marketing
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS and heavy industrial sectors (Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Chemicals, etc.).
- Proven track record in managing email campaigns, events, webinars, and sponsorships.
- Experience with video editing software.
- Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
