As a Marketing Designer at Frontline Data Solutions, you’ll play a key role in developing compelling visuals and creative content that support marketing, sales, and customer success initiatives. This position is ideal for a self-driven, versatile designer who can translate complex concepts into clear, engaging assets that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer education. You’ll collaborate across teams to maintain brand consistency and support a broad range of projects across multiple channels.
IMPORTANT: This role is project-based and part-time (~20 hours/week) with the potential to become full-time in the future.
What You'll Do
- Visual Design & Asset Creation: Design and iterate on visual content for sales decks, landing pages, infographics, social media, and email campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure alignment with Frontline’s visual identity and maintain design standards across all creative materials.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals for product launches, webinars, whitepapers, and lead generation campaigns.
- Content Design: Create digital collateral such as blog graphics, case studies, and downloadable assets that support customer education and sales enablement.
- Creative Ideation: Participate in brainstorming and concept development for marketing and brand initiatives.
Skills You'll Need
- Design Experience: 5+ years as a graphic or digital designer, preferably in B2B SaaS or industrial technology environments.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing clean, conversion-focused design work with clear layout, branding, and typographic principles.
- Tools Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint.
- Technical Bonus: Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Remote Readiness: Ability to manage time, prioritize work independently, and thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
