What You’ll Do:
✅ Identify and recruit a strong network of both active and passive digital marketing candidates via LinkedIn, our proprietary database, and referrals/networking
✅ Analyze market trends and sourcing data to refine recruitment strategies
✅ Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various functions
✅ Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social recruiting, and talent mapping
✅ Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
✅ Drive strategic recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance employer brand visibility and candidate engagement
✅ Leverage ATS and CRM tools to track talent pipelines and optimize sourcing effectiveness
