Are you passionate about talent acquisition, sourcing top-tier candidates, and driving strategic recruitment marketing initiatives? Frontier Communications is looking for a Talent Pipeline Recruiter- Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Identify and recruit a strong network of both active and passive digital marketing candidates via LinkedIn, our proprietary database, and referrals/networking

✅ Analyze market trends and sourcing data to refine recruitment strategies

✅ Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various functions

✅ Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social recruiting, and talent mapping

✅ Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines

✅ Drive strategic recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance employer brand visibility and candidate engagement

✅ Leverage ATS and CRM tools to track talent pipelines and optimize sourcing effectiveness

What You Bring:

3+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience.
Strong ability to influence using data.
Proficient in recruiting technologies, ATS (ie. Workday, Salesforce, UKG, Greenhouse, etc.), and sourcing tools.
Ability to navigate and push through adversity in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
Commitment to excellence and finding the top 1% of candidates.
Willingness to go above and beyond for the candidate experience.
