Position to fill: Brand Manager-The Hair Edit
Reporting to: VP Brands and Innovation
Position Overview
As the Brand Manager for The Hair Edit, you play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy. This role is instrumental in defining the brand’s voice, drive innovation, and enhancing market presence. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll oversee seamless brand integration across digital platforms and major retailers. This role includes leading marketing campaigns, managing product launches, and working with the innovation, creative, digital, social, influencer, PR, sales and operations teams to bring the brand to life. As the brand champion, you'll deeply understand our consumers, channels, and translate strategy into impactful marketing.

Requirements:
Brand Manager Experience in the Beauty Industry
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
Language Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively in English, in writing and orally. Ability to present information to customers and management.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint with advanced abilities in Excel, Internet software, BaseCamp; ability to navigate an AS400 ERP environment.
