About Us:
From Little Things is a digital marketing agency based in Melbourne. Since 2017, we've provided digital marketing support to over brands across a variety of consumer and business sectors, focusing on social, search, and email marketing.
We currently work with approximately 20 awesome clients, including Melbourne Fashion Festival, Clothing The Gaps, Eclat, 101 Collins St and Patricia Coffee Brewers.
About the Role:
A key part of our management team, the role is responsible for leading the strategy and overseeing the implementation of Social and Search Advertising for our clients.
Areas of focus will include:
Strategy Development: Understanding a client’s business objectives and devising paid performance strategies in line with target audiences. This includes making recommendations around ad spend budget, key channels, timelines, and campaign benchmarks across all relevant channels.
Performance Management: Overseeing client ad spend budgets by channel, making proactive recommendations to further optimise client budgets, monitoring ad spend, and making adjustments as needed to maximise ROI.
Team Management & Development: Managing multiple contractors to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Performance Reporting: Monitoring campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations with clients and the wider team, and identify key opportunities for improvement.
Client Communication: Communicating with our clients to provide updates on campaign performance, effectively explain data and results, and address any questions or concerns on an ad-hoc basis.
Industry Insight: As the performance marketing lead in our team, you will be responsible for staying abreast of industry trends, new opportunities, and insights.
Collaboration: Working closely with the wider team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of a client’s overall digital marketing strategy.
About You:
We're looking for someone with extensive hands-on experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, who has worked with both BtoB and BtoC businesses to drive high-performing e-commerce and lead generation campaigns. You may have pervious agency and/or client-side experience, and will be comfortable devising and managing diverse strategies tailored to the unique needs of each clients. A commitment for ongoing learning and sharing insights across the business is essential.

A small but mighty team, we offer flexible working arrangements, providing the freedom to choose between a co-working space in the city or working from home. We are also open to the role being part-time or full-time, and working hours we can be flexible to suit your schedule.
The salary for this position is between $120,000 - $130,000, depending on experience.
