We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Program Manager to lead our marketing services specifically for auto dealer service departments.
Position Overview
The Marketing Program Manager will be pivotal in designing and executing comprehensive, data-driven marketing programs tailored for automotive dealership service departments. This role demands a deep understanding of fixed operations and the unique challenges and opportunities within auto service marketing.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in the automotive service sector, whether from a dealership's service department, an OEM's fixed operations division, or a specialized automotive marketing agency. You'll leverage advanced marketing technologies and collaborate effectively with remote teams to drive tangible results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Partnership & Strategy: Act as the primary marketing contact for auto dealership clients, leveraging your in-depth experience in automotive service operations to understand their business challenges and identify growth opportunities for their service departments.
- Pre-Sales Consulting: Lead pre-sales efforts by developing customized, ROI-driven service marketing strategies and solutions for prospective clients, showcasing the value of FixedOps Velocity.
- Program Design & Execution: Design and manage multi-channel marketing programs (digital advertising, web, social media, email, direct mail) specifically targeting service customers and addressing the unique needs of fixed operations, all driven by data insights.
- Technology & Automation: Expertly utilize marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, and other digital tools to launch, manage, and optimize service marketing campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with FrogData's internal creative, technical, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of service marketing campaigns, coordinating effectively with remote team members.
- Project Management & Optimization: Oversee the entire lifecycle of service marketing projects, from initial setup and execution to meticulous tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics rigorously, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve service drive traffic, customer retention, and overall profitability for our dealer partners.
- Market Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of the latest trends in automotive service marketing, fixed operations technology, and digital advertising to keep client campaigns innovative and highly relevant.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, specifically within the automotive service sector at an auto dealership (e.g., Service Marketing Manager, Fixed Operations Director with marketing responsibilities), an OEM's fixed operations division, or a marketing agency specializing in auto service.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Ads).
- Multi-Channel Expertise: Proven experience managing comprehensive marketing programs across various channels, with a strong focus on digital strategies for service departments.
- Fixed Operations Knowledge: Deep expertise in automotive dealership service marketing strategies, customer retention for service, and understanding of key fixed operations metrics.
- Remote Team Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working effectively with and coordinating remote teams across different geographies.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills with a successful track record of delivering complex marketing projects on time and within budget.
