We build AI-powered SaaS that makes Industrial Robots adapt to warehouse dynamic environments. Our solution allows logistic players to automate warehouse labor.

CURRENT CHALLENGE

Despite extensive development, our Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) algorithm still has room to achieved the desired level of performance. We are addressing a challenging optimization scenario resembling strategic puzzle-solving with clearly defined and measurable performance outcomes. We seek specialized expertise to substantially improve the algorithm's effectiveness and efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE

We are seeking a highly experienced Deep Reinforcement Learning expert to join as a founding team member. You will have deep expertise (8+ years) in:

• Developing, tuning, and deploying DRL algorithms (On-policy, Off-policy, SAC, PPO, DQN, ...).
• Training DL models with modern architectures (CNNs, Transformers)
• Applying advanced DRL techniques to complex optimization and strategic decision-making tasks.
• Ensuring robust performance through rigorous benchmarking and iterative optimization.
• Extensive hands-on experience with DRL frameworks and libraries, particularly PyTorch.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in our current DRL solution.
• Refine and optimize DRL algorithms to achieve superior results on critical performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and technical team to ensure technology aligns seamlessly with business objectives.
• Contribute actively to strategic technology roadmap planning and execution.

This position is equity-based, reflecting our early-stage startup's financial constraints. Equity compensation will acknowledge the significant contribution required to solve our core technical challenge. Upon successfully resolving our DRL challenge and securing subsequent funding or revenue, you will have the option to join the team full-time with a competitive salary and continued equity stake.
