Expected Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing engineering strategies, setting goals and priorities, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Providing technical guidance and expertise, ensuring the quality and efficiency of engineering processes, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, and implementing quality assurance processes.
Identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements, driving the adoption of new technologies, and optimizing engineering practices.

Qualifications:

Must have

API design and development of RESTful Services
Solid core Java and J2EE
Good experience with Kotlin, GraphQL
Experience on Caching frameworks like REDIS, Ehcache
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes environments
Practical Linux/Solaris knowledge and shell scripting
Experience with implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Github Actions
Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, JMS, ActiveMQ
Experience with relational databases and queries, on Oracle 12c or later, SQL, PL/SQL, database design and query optimization
Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics OR NewRelic.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt existing systems to fast-changing requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong experience in E-Commerce and high transaction-processing environment
