Frequency Foundry is a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) firm developing solutions for Higher Education, Government, and the Not-for-Profit sector on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure. We’re expanding to the software development team in India and looking for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE developers who have a passion for teaming with people across the business to discover and execute solutions to business technology challenges.
Duties
· Learn our applications and become knowledgeable and proficient in their development
· Work closely with the Product Owner to refine requirements, estimate development efforts and gain their acceptance of the solution.
· Translate software requirements into concise and robust program code.
· Working closely with the Test Analyst, use effective automated and manual testing techniques at various levels to ensure the software is correct, performant, and robust.
· Identify improvements to existing application code and designs, increasing flexibility and reducing future effort.
· Provide support, investigate technical issues and advise internal support technicians.
· Investigate and resolve software defects with the minimum impact and risk.
· Involved in build and deployment activities and address build issues

Skills/Requirements
· 7+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET web application development in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
· 4+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM development experience, but we’re flexible depending on your experience
· Expert Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM developer with experience in the areas of Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
· Hands-on experience configuring business process workflows, plug-ins, etc.
· 3+ Years Proficient in JavaScript, C#, and HTML frameworks (HTML5, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, etc.) as well as CRM SDK and API
· Familiar with various methods for mass or specific changes (XML, XRM Toolbox, Kingsway Soft, etc.)
· Hands-on experience with relevant technologies across the Power Platform
· A continuous learner and innovator who thrives on partnering with stakeholders to tackle business and technical challenges
· Work with a sense of urgency that leans toward action, exhibit ownership in your sphere of influence, and prioritize the most impactful outcomes
