We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Specialist with expertise in branding, digital marketing, localization, and content creation. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, engage target audiences, and support business growth, with a particular focus on the Mexican market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement branding, messaging, and positioning strategies to enhance brand recognition and differentiation in the market.
- Define and update customer personas and map the buyer journey to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms and web channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Apply SEO fundamentals to web content to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Track and analyze social media engagement and campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Adapt marketing content for the Mexican market, ensuring tone, style, and idioms are culturally relevant and contextually appropriate (localization and transcreation)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual branding consistency across all materials and web content (using Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Write, edit, and proofread compelling marketing copy in Spanish, maintaining high standards of accuracy and brand voice
- Ensure all marketing materials are polished, on-brand, and error-free in terms of grammar, design, and formatting
Requirements
- Proficiency in designing and adapting marketing materials for various formats and audiences
- Social media management, including content planning, publishing, and analytics tracking
- Strong web content creation and editing abilities, with attention to SEO fundamentals
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork across departments
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate and support innovative marketing ideas
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and consistency in all materials
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with video editing, knowledge of print production basics for brochures, flyers
Schedule: 10 hours per week (one day per week)
