About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who lives and breathes digital growth. You'll be instrumental in driving both our mortgage & protection offerings to new heights. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you'll own the performance marketing engine behind Frankly’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Design, launch, and manage user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and more…
- Have creative input on all marketing projects - digital & traditional
- Manage large-scale budgets and optimise for performance
- Use data-led insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Develop and execute growth strategies for both app and web platforms
- Track, analyse, and report on performance marketing KPIs
- Bring fresh ideas and a test-and-learn mindset to everything you do
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing
- At least 2+ years managing search and paid social campaigns
- At least 2+ years working on app acquisition campaigns
- Deep expertise in Meta, Google, and TikTok Ad platforms
- Comfortable with attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
- Experience with MMPs like Appsflyer
- Strong data analysis skills—you trust the numbers, not your gut
- Experience in B2C product-led environments - experience in Financial Services or an FCA regulated environment is a bonus
- You’re both strategic and hands-on
- Exceptional presentation skills
- A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills
