Job Overview:
As our Creative & Design Specialist, you will design and execute engaging content for social media, sales decks, one-pagers, eBooks, event materials, and digital ads. You will manage social media content planning, creation, and posting while also supporting a variety of other design projects. Your creativity and ability to execute across multiple channels will help us maintain a strong brand presence and create impactful marketing materials for both internal and external audiences. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visual content for social media (graphics, videos, infographics) that aligns with brand guidelines
- Plan, create, and post social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support the creation of sales collateral, including decks, one-pagers, eBooks, and other marketing materials
- Design event materials, including brochures, signage, and promotional graphics, ensuring they align with event objectives and brand standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and create impactful designs that meet business and marketing objectives
- Design and produce digital ads for various platforms, ensuring creative alignment with campaigns and brand messaging
- Manage and update the social media content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posting
- Stay up-to-date on design trends, social media best practices, and industry innovations to enhance content quality and engagement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design, content creation, and marketing (2+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Experience designing and creating a variety of marketing materials (social media posts, sales decks, one-pagers, eBooks, digital ads, event materials)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and posting
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to produce high-quality, engaging content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients
