Remote Fullstack Engineer (Go/React)

What we’re looking for

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that leverage Golang for server-side development, React.js for the front end, and AWS services for cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in full-stack development, with essential skills in Backend and Frontend technologies.

The team will work closely with the Product Owner within an Agile team, which will conduct sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and daily standups. Each agile team will have a maximum of 10 team members with a very specific domain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code in Golang for server-side development;
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js;
• Design and implement robust and scalable RESTful APIs;
• Integrate web applications with AWS services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability;
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing user interfaces;
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle;
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices;
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in software development;
• Proficient in Backend development (Golang), particularly in data modeling, database design, and optimization;
• Skilled in Frontend development (ReactJS), with a focus on providing UI/UX consulting in partnership with designers;
• English is required at the B1 level as a minimum requirement. The candidate needs to speak during the daily standup, sprint planning, and sprint retro.
