Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Product & Campaign Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts that generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth. This cross-functional role will unify product marketing and demand generation, crafting compelling positioning while orchestrating end-to-end campaigns that resonate with a technical, scientific audience.
Success in this role will be measured by the quality and volume of marketing-generated leads that convert into pipeline and revenue. This hybrid role blends product marketing and campaign leadership—ideal for a self-starter who thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing Responsibilities:
- Define product positioning and messaging frameworks for technical (scientists and engineers) and business personas.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand new features and communicate them in clear, compelling language.
- Build and maintain a full suite of product collateral: product decks, one-pagers, technical whitepapers, customer case studies, and HPC benchmarking studies.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches, including internal enablement and external communications.
- Conduct customer discovery and market research to inform segmentation and roadmap.
- Support sales enablement by creating objection-handling guides, competitive battlecards, and messaging playbooks.
Campaign Marketing Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution across digital, email, content, paid media, and events—with the goal of generating qualified leads and revenue pipeline.
- Segment technical personas (e.g., (e.g., scientists, engineers, R&D and IT leaders) and tailor messaging and content accordingly.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create marketing content and develop high-conversion assets: ebooks, video assets, webinars, and blogs.
- Develop and manage campaigns around key product features, customer pain points, and industry trends.
- Build nurture workflows and drip campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Partner with sales to ensure seamless lead hand-off and feedback loops on lead quality and conversion rates.
- Manage marketing analytics and report on campaign performance (MQLs, CPL, SQLs, pipeline attribution, etc.).
- Optimize existing programs and channels, and experiment with new ones to improve lead quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing and campaign/demand marketing—preferably in cloud, HPC, infrastructure, or scientific computing.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipelines through targeted marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of product marketing fundamentals and campaign execution.
- Proven experience marketing to technical, scientific, or R&D-driven audiences.
- Excellent communication skills—able to clearly articulate value to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in campaign metrics, CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Zoho), and marketing automation.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, execute, and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a founding or early-stage GTM role.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, HPC, scientific computing, computer-aided engineering, or digital R&D tools.
- Prior ownership of pipeline or revenue targets in a marketing role.
