FOURDIGIT is a Japanese digital design company that goes beyond visual aesthetics—we design experiences that improve society in collaboration with our clients.

Our headquarters in Tokyo. Last year, we expanded to Kuala Lumpur to establish our new branch. Now, we’re looking for a Digital Designer to join our small but growing team. We’re looking for passionate designers who see their work not as a series of tasks, but as a way to contribute to society — delivering meaningful experiences and shaping a better future through the power of design. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with our KL branch and Tokyo HQ on various digital design projects (UI/UX, web design, graphic design, etc.).

• Communicate with clients and teammates in Japanese.

• Develop concepts and contribute to the creative process, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to each project.

• Travel to Japan for extended periods (ranging from a few weeks to a few months) for hands-on collaboration with our headquarters.

Who We’re Looking For

• Japanese Language Skills.

• Proven experience in digital design (e.g., UI/UX, web, graphic). Please provide a portfolio of your work.

• Someone eager to grow with a startup: flexible, proactive, and willing to tackle diverse challenges.

• A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces continuous learning.
