Role Description
The Product Designer / Graphic Designer is responsible for designing intuitive digital experiences and creating visually engaging assets that enhance product usability and strengthen brand identity. This role combines user-centered design principles with creative visual communication to deliver consistent, functional, and aesthetically appealing solutions across digital and marketing platforms.
Key responsibilities include designing user interfaces, user experiences, branding materials, marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets that align with business objectives and user needs. The role develops wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, icons, illustrations, and production-ready graphics while maintaining consistency across products and communication channels.
The position collaborates with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions. It contributes to the development and maintenance of design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and a cohesive user experience across products.
The role conducts user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and design evaluations to identify opportunities for improving usability, accessibility, and visual effectiveness. It also supports branding initiatives, campaign development, and creative content production while staying informed about emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement are essential aspects of the role, including participating in design reviews, incorporating stakeholder feedback, refining design processes, and delivering high-quality solutions that balance business goals with user expectations.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of product design, UX/UI design, graphic design, visual communication, and user-centered design methodologies. Ability to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences.
Proficiency in industry-standard design, prototyping, and illustration tools for creating user interfaces, interactive prototypes, branding assets, marketing materials, and production-ready graphics. Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout composition, branding, information architecture, and visual hierarchy with exceptional attention to detail and design consistency.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business objectives, user research, and stakeholder feedback into innovative and practical design solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
