Your job is to make the Axo experience feel as tight and magical as an Apple launch — from the first ad someone sees to the moment they open their health dashboard.

The Role

We're looking for a Visual & Product Designer who cares deeply about taste, clarity, and simplicity.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Product design
• Brand design
• Marketing creative

You'll work closely with our Product Design Lead to shape the visual experience of Axo across:

• Web
• Product UI
• Growth landing pages
• Social and brand content

This is a hands-on design role where you'll help create a product and brand that feel world-class, modern, and unmistakably premium.

What You'll Own

Product UI & Experience

Design beautiful and intuitive interfaces for:

• Biomarker dashboards
• Onboarding flows
• Health insights and reports
• Data visualizations
• AI assistant interactions

You'll help turn complex health data into simple, elegant product experiences.

Web & Landing Experiences

Design and iterate on:

• Marketing pages
• Product explainers
• Comparison pages
• Launch pages
• Campaign landing pages

You'll work closely with growth and product to ensure these pages are clear, persuasive, and visually excellent.

Brand & Visual System

Help evolve Axo's design system across:

• Typography
• Layout systems
• Iconography
• Data visualization styles
• Motion and interaction patterns

Your goal is to ensure every touchpoint feels consistent, intentional, and premium.

Social & Creative Assets

Design creative assets used across:

• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• Creator partnerships
• Product announcements
• Educational content

This includes:

• Post templates
• Story layouts
• Creator visual kits
• Campaign graphics

The goal is not volume — it's taste and consistency. You'll have agency help for ad volume.

Design System & Quality

Work with the Product Design Lead to maintain:

• Figma libraries
• Component systems
• Layout frameworks
• UI documentation

You'll help ensure the team can move fast without sacrificing quality.

What You Bring

3–5+ years of experience in:

• Product design
• Visual design
• UI/UX design

Experience in consumer products, SaaS, or digital health is a strong plus.

Your portfolio clearly shows:

• Strong visual taste
• Product UI work
• Web design or landing pages
• Brand-aware design

You're highly fluent in:

• Figma
• Modern design systems
• Layout and typography

Bonus skills:

• Motion design (After Effects / Principle / Rive)
• Data visualization
• Webflow or front-end awareness

You care deeply about simplicity and craft. You're the kind of designer who:

• Removes unnecessary elements
• Simplifies complex information
• Obsesses over spacing, typography, and hierarchy

You're comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, where ideas evolve quickly and collaboration across product, growth, and brand is constant.

• Fluent English required. Spanish, Dutch, or German is a plus.
