We’re seeking a creative Game Designer to craft engaging, educational, and accessible game concepts for toddlers and children.

What you’ll do:

• Develop creative and engaging game concepts tailored specifically for children.
• Design and present mockups, wireframes, and prototypes in clear, visually appealing formats.
• Lead and actively contribute to creative brainstorming sessions across the team.
• Implement, refine, and balance gameplay mechanics directly within the Unity 3D editor.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to developers and artists to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Continuously analyze player feedback and performance metrics to optimize and improve game features.

We expect from you:

• Proven experience as a Game Designer (2+ years is a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of game design principles, gameplay mechanics, and player experience (UX).
• Strong interest in creating educational, fun, and child-friendly products (experience with games is a strong plus).
• Good working knowledge of the Unity 3D editor.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an organized and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, artists, and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Genuine enthusiasm and passion for game design and child-friendly products.

Bonus Skills

• Basic understanding of C# programming in Unity.
• Hands-on experience working with animations, particle effects, or sound design.
