This role will lead marketing efforts for the Forward Solutions brand.

Our divisions combined have expertise in facility maintenance, cleaning, hygiene, foodservice disposables, foodservice equipment, industrial/MRO, utility, telecom, safety, construction, and packaging supply channels.

The Position:

We’re looking for a person who loves to creatively problem-solve and tell stories through engaging content – basically a marketing ninja! Someone who can whip up a communication plan that supports the brand strategy, ties to customer needs, and highlights the brand’s differentiated value. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, writing, or related field
• 7 year’s minimum work experience as a B2B marketer
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and other marketing software programs like Active Campaign and LinkedIn
• Exceptional verbal, written and editing communication skills
• Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and comfort offering solutions and clarity where there is ambiguity

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee internal and external communications strategy
• Write, edit and publish engaging social posts for various social networks, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Manage projects and resources to deliver initiatives that are on time, on budget, and on strategy
• Improve content messaging over time using digital analytics and other software tools that improve traffic, engagement, shares, and conversion rates
• Work with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver value to the business through exceptional marketing

The Location:

The candidate can be located anywhere in the US except Alaska, California, Connecticut, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Rode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Wyoming and Washington.
