Responsibilities:

— Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and agencies.

— Collaborate directly with influencers to develop impactful campaigns.

— Supervise team members with the potential to grow the team as project volumes increase.

— Track campaign performance and provide detailed reports to ensure alignment with business

goals.

— Negotiate contracts and terms with influencers and agencies, ensuring budget optimization.

— Monitor competitor activities in influencer marketing and provide actionable insights to stay

competitive.

— Analyze post-campaign results to identify key learnings and drive continuous improvement in

strategy.

Qualifications

— 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing

— Proven experience working with social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,

Twitch, and Telegram.

— Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with influencers and agencies.

— Solid understanding of influencer marketing KPIs and performance metrics.

Nice to Have:

— Experience working with various GEOs (Turkey preferable)

— A track record of success in scaling influencer marketing efforts.
