The UI/UX Web Developer is responsible for developing new web applications, mockups, maintenance of the applications with the enhancements, production support with timely incidence management. Web Developer duties includes UI/UX development effort estimation, documentation, working with MasterBrand Cabinets Inc. development lead to ensure quality control, self-tasks tracking and self-activities, improvements, regular status reporting, and smooth production run

Your Path to Success:

Responsible for various aspects of ongoing production support and maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving application production issues
Responsible for complete life cycle on the product enhancements and projects
Develop new user-facing features
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Create the UI Mockups screen flows, familiar with the front end development standards
Collaborate effectively with various teams to accomplish the task
Support technical leadership and assumes overall accountability for a successful implementation
Experience working in a shared service and team-oriented, collaborative environment (T shaped skill)
Oversee specific project segments from a technical and delivery standpoint to finish on time and within budget
Work closely with business & IT stakeholders to help define required needs in use case format
Leading development activities and performing on hand developer duties

Qualifications

Your Technical Expertise & Skills:

BCS or BS CS Degree in Computer Science
5+ years of experience in UI/UX development
3+ years of experience with experience with HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript, jQuery/ Angular development
3+ years of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
2+ years of experience with Designing Web-based applications using Bootstrap
Expert in Responsive Web Design Good in OOCSS, performance-oriented CSS selector, scalable and modular CSS approach for front-end architecture.
Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX, REST, JSON, Map-based APIs, XML, and XSLT
Basic knowledge of image authoring tools to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments
Familiarity with imaging tools such as Photoshop
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server 2005-2008 is a plus
Experience with the google Analytics, SEO principles
Experience with Telerik Kendo UI/MVC controls is a plus
Experience with Visual Studio 2010-2013, TFS 2012+
Microsoft or any other certification is a plus
Familiar with C# ASP.net, MCV/Code Igniter framework, Telerik controls
Familiar with version control systems: TFS
Familiar with Agile development process
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Execute and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience working in a shared service and team-oriented, collaborative environment (T shaped skill)
