Senior UX Designer

Job Title:: Senior UX Designer - Nearshore

Job Location: REMOTE

Required Qualifications:

•5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing process and impact.

•Deep understanding of UX methodologies, research, interaction, and interface design.

•Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.

•Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments with tight deadlines.

•Proficiency in design systems, scalable UI components, and Figma best practices.

•Strong communication skills with the ability to advocate for UX across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or similar industries.

•Experience designing and evolving a Design System, including the use of tokens and nested components for scalable UI solutions.

•Superior visual design skills
