Work closely with our User Experience, Product Management, and Development teams to

create responsive web applications for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. Research,

prototype, and implement new features with large teams. The ideal candidate should have

advanced knowledge of user experience processes, proven leadership skills in small and medium

sized teams. The candidate should be skilled in the tools used by a User Experience Designer to

create mockups and prototypes. Candidate should also be comfortable creating documentation for internal/external reviews and development hand-off.

What You'll Do

• Research, design, and develop effective web interfaces using latest UI/UX design principles.
• Prototype, present, and iterate digital designs that get implemented as complete
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript applications.
• Work alongside the User Experience, Product Management, and Development teams throughout the project development life cycle.
• Create and maintain Design documentation for design reviews and development hand-off.
• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Create consistent designs that utilize our common design system.
• Use Design software (Figma) to create mockups, icons, and graphics
• Provide guidance to engineers regarding design implementation.
• Work with others to find solutions to UI design and usability problems.
• Assist in user testing to validate effectiveness of interface designs.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in delivering enterprise solutions through UX design and UI interfaces, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing systems thinking and high-craft execution.
• Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of frontend technologies HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React).
• Proven experience in scaling design practices across teams and projects.
• Deep expertise in both information architecture and visual design, enabling the delivery of cohesive and user-friendly experiences.
• Proven leadership around the implementation of user experience processes and best practices, with a track record of successful stakeholder management and team alignment.
• Ability to establish frameworks that empower team autonomy while maintaining cohesive design standards.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate the craft of designers, fostering skill development and driving design excellence.
• Proven analytical skills to translate complex concepts into accessible, actionable insights.
• Expert-level proficiency in design software, specifically Figma.
• Excellent verbal (English) and written skills.
• Self motivated, independent worker
• Experience with user experience testing tools like Lyssna, SurveyMonkey, UsabilityHub, or User Interviews.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with site/platform analytics and business intelligence tools like Google Analytics or UserPilot to leverage data for optimizing user behavior and platform outcomes.
