Forte Group is looking for a skilled Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join our team developing enterprise analytics and content management solutions across multiple specialized applications. You'll be building React applications with Power BI integration, creating jQuery-based interfaces, and developing Windows Forms applications with DevExpress controls for desktop enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Technical Implementation

Build React applications integrated with ASP.NET backends, Umbraco CMS, and Power BI dashboards
Develop jQuery-based interfaces for ASP.NET applications with MDX query integration
Create Windows Forms applications using DevExpress .NET WinForms controls with SSIS data integration
Build Windows Forms applications using .NET Framework with Active Directory integration
Integrate with SQL Server databases and Windows Services across all applications
Work with LDAP authentication systems for enterprise security requirements

Data Visualization & Analytics

Design Power BI integrated dashboards and React-based analytics interfaces
Build jQuery interfaces for MDX query results and multidimensional data analysis
Create DevExpress data grids and visualization controls for SSIS-processed datasets
Develop Windows Forms interfaces for SQL Server data with enterprise reporting features
Implement dynamic filtering, sorting, and grouping capabilities across all platform technologies
Create real-time data updates and live analytics features with SQL Server Integration Services

User Experience & Interface Design

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces for industry professionals
Ensure accessibility and responsive design across all devices and screen sizes
Optimize user workflows for planning, analysis, and decision-making processes
Implement advanced search and filtering capabilities for large databases

Collaboration & Best Practices

Work closely with backend engineers to integrate with ASP.NET APIs and services
Collaborate on Umbraco CMS implementations for content management requirements
Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
Document technical specifications and user guides
Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills

5+ years of frontend development experience with multiple technology stacks
React development experience for modern web applications with component architecture and state management
jQuery proficiency for DOM manipulation and legacy system integration
Windows Forms development using .NET Framework for desktop enterprise applications
DevExpress .NET WinForms controls experience for advanced UI components and data visualization
Power BI integration including embedding dashboards and report development
Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) data consumption
Knowledge of MDX queries for multidimensional data analysis
Experience with version control systems (Apache Subversion, Git)

Industry & Domain Experience

2+ years working with data analytics and visualization applications
Experience building dashboards and reporting interfaces for business intelligence
Preferred: Experience in data-driven industries such as advertising, finance, or market research
Understanding of data-driven decision-making processes in business environments
Experience with financial data, cost analysis, or pricing applications is a plus

Additional Requirements

3+ years of experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies including SQL Server and Windows Services (mandatory)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with version control systems (Apache Subversion, Git) and collaborative development workflows
Understanding of enterprise authentication systems (LDAP, Active Directory)
Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services and data processing workflows
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Umbraco CMS development and content management systems
Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Library (especially Logging Application Block)
Familiarity with MDX queries and multidimensional data analysis
Understanding of ASP.NET integration patterns for frontend applications
Experience with enterprise Windows Services integration
Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP authentication systems
