Forte Group has an open position for a highly qualified Salesforce Tech Lead.
As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions within the Salesforce to support business needs. This role involves leading a team of developers and ensuring best practices in coding and integration. The Technical Lead collaborates closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining system performance and security. Additionally, they drive innovation by staying up to date with Salesforce advancements and mentoring team members for continuous growth. Strong problem-solving skills, leadership, and expertise in Apex, Lightning, and integrations are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and prepare possible solutions based on the information provided by the Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Take part in requirement elicitation sessions and calls with 3rd parties
- Design and develop new functionality based on business and/or functional requirements
- Track development dependencies and plan teamwork excluding dependencies and blockers
- Track code quality on the project
- Track team productivity/performance
- Report on status and estimate work efforts, and highlight risks and issues to the product owner immediately
- Support project team with development and troubleshooting
- Provide complete and sufficient onboarding for newcomers
- Figure out escalations to the team member and resolve conflicts
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (nice to have Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft/Jitterbit/Celigo)
- Experience as a Technical Lead on a project (at least 1 year)
- Experience in regular deployment to production using SFDX CLI or IDE tool (Change Sets do not fit our needs)
- Extensive development experience using LWC, Apex, Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, Web Services/SOAP/REST, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management
- Must be able to define the system architecture landscape including identifying gaps between the current solution and the desired solution
- Strong problem-solving, priority-setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills
