Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to have a lasting impact on product experiences for both renters and operators by driving innovation and delivering exceptional product design. The Lead Product Designer will be tasked with envisioning and developing both current and future product offerings, employing their design expertise to engage users effectively and to align with the organization's overarching design vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Play an integral role in crafting innovative digital experiences for clients, focusing on property owners and operators.
• Design engaging, visually appealing, and data-centric interfaces that empower property stakeholders.
• Create outstanding tools and experiences that skillfully intertwine aesthetics with usability and functionality.
• Directly enhance the user journey by improving how clients manage risk and optimize their operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold a high standard of design craftsmanship.
• Foster innovation and contribute to the ideation and design of future product offerings, shaping the organization’s strategic direction.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Product Design.
• Proven background in designing for B2B SaaS platforms or within the fintech/proptech sectors.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining high-quality, scalable design systems.
• Strong proficiency with contemporary design tools and software.
• Proven ability to tackle complex product design problems effectively.
• Self-driven and capable of executing all elements of design, from conceptualization to UI and visual presentation, accompanied by a portfolio showcasing compelling interfaces.
• Demonstrated expertise in synthesizing and articulating design insights and rationale.
• Experience working in agile and collaborative environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization and designing for complex, multi-user platforms.
• Familiarity with prototyping and motion design tools.
• Experience in mentoring or leading UI/UX design professionals.
• Knowledge of property management, real estate, or fintech industries is a plus.
