Job Description

We are collaborating with this organization to identify a Head of Marketing who will spearhead the marketing strategy for their AI-blockchain products. The selected individual will be tasked with crafting and implementing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, ensuring that all marketing activities align seamlessly with the organization's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust marketing strategies for AI-blockchain products while overseeing successful go-to-market campaigns.
• Create and curate compelling video content, social media assets, and branding materials to effectively engage the target audience.
• Maintain a vibrant presence on social media channels, with a particular focus on X, while fostering relationships within the cryptocurrency and Solana communities.
• Manage the content calendar and provide creative direction across diverse marketing platforms.
• Navigate the Solana ecosystem and leverage community insights to amplify marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of the Solana ecosystem with proven involvement in decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Over 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the crypto or startup sector.
• Expertise in video production, editing, and utilizing AI video generation tools such as Runway and Pika.
• Significant and active presence on X, with a strong influence in the crypto community.
• Experience in startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and comfort with swift iterations.
• Sound understanding of AI technologies and foundational blockchain concepts.
• Proficient in motion graphics and advanced video editing using industry-standard software like After Effects and Premiere.
• Knowledge of smart contract development is a plus.
• Established following and credibility on crypto Twitter.
• Experience with marketing automation and growth tools.
