We’re hiring a Brand Marketing Campaign Manager to drive the success of Korean beauty and consumer brands in the U.S. market. You’ll own GMV performance by leading end-to-end campaign strategy — from viral influencer activations to high-volume content seeding — working cross-functionally to turn viral content into scalable sales growth on major U.S. e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Own brand GMV growth by leading campaign execution and performance optimization across awareness, engagement, and conversion in the U.S. market.
Develop and execute influencer-led campaigns designed to generate hyper-viral content (10M+ views) on Tiktok (or Reels, Youtube Shorts) and drive e-commerce performance.
Build end-to-end campaign strategies by identifying trends, refining hook-driven content briefs, selecting hero products, and matching with the right creators (micro to mega-level).
Lead high-volume influencer seeding and manage content momentum to ensure campaigns stay visible, trending, and driving social buzz.
Execute supporting press strategies to validate trends, amplify campaign reach, and reinforce brand presence through earned media.
Drive performance by running paid ads and developing search optimization strategies in collaboration with the e-commerce manager to boost product visibility and GMV across platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including e-commerce, logistics, influencer marketing, and creator community management to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Monitor performance data and continuously optimize campaigns based on creator & content performance, and platform trends.
Requirements
Proven success launching influencer or social campaigns that achieved 1M+ views or directly drove e-commerce sales growth.
Expertise in TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts — with a strong grasp of content hooks, viral triggers, and platform dynamics.
Experience building creator-led campaigns at scale, including high-volume seeding and coordinated content rollouts.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working closely with e-commerce, logistics, creator teams, and performance marketing.
Strong performance marketing skills with the ability to run ads, scale brand visibility, and drive measurable GMV growth — backed by a data-driven mindset that connects content performance to real-time optimization and sales impact.
