About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Web3 Marketing Manager to lead integrated campaigns for top‑tier blockchain clients across EMEA. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, creative, and growth — from narrative definition to measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

- Own multi‑channel go‑to‑market plans (media, social, KOLs, performance).

- Turn client goals into clear campaign roadmaps and KPI frameworks.

- Coordinate with strategy, PR, creative, and partnerships teams to ship campaigns on time.

- Analyze performance, surface insights, and recommend optimizations.

You Bring:

- 6+ years in marketing (agency or high‑growth tech); at least 2 in Web3 or fintech

- Strong comfort with campaign analytics and experimentation.

- Confident communicator who can advise C‑level stakeholders.
