Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role is based in Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creation of visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and internal communications. The role involves collaborating with senior designers and marketing teams to develop concepts that align with Formix’s brand identity, adapting existing designs, and preparing files for production. Daily responsibilities include working with typography, layout, and color, refining logo and brand elements, and ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints. The Junior Graphic Designer will also assist with brainstorming creative ideas, maintaining asset libraries, and delivering projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual communication.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and adapting brand assets to maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Good understanding of Typography and layout principles to produce readable, aesthetically balanced designs.
• Working knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Ability to follow creative direction, accept constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the capacity to handle multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work
