Role Overview: We're looking for a Performance Marketing Graphic Designer who lives and breathes the paid social ecosystem. This isn't a brand identity role — it's a conversion role. You'll own the visual production of Meta ad creatives, working directly within a performance marketing framework where every asset is built to test, learn, and scale.

What You'll Do

  • Design static and motion ad creative for Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Translate performance briefs — hooks, offers, messaging angles — into scroll-stopping visuals
  • Build and iterate within structured A/B and multivariate creative tests; understand what "variant" means and why it matters
  • Develop UGC-style, editorial, and direct-response formats with equal fluency
  • Collaborate closely with the media buyer and growth team to rapidly turn performance data into creative hypotheses and new assets
  • Maintain brand consistency across Forme's premium aesthetic while adapting to format-specific best practices
  • Produce high volumes of creative without sacrificing quality — speed and craft are both non-negotiable

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience designing paid social creative, ideally for a DTC or premium consumer brand
  • Deep familiarity with Meta ad formats, specs, and what makes thumb-stopping creative at the top of funnel
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); Figma a plus
  • Motion/video editing capability — even lightweight — is a strong differentiator
  • A portfolio that shows creative range and a performance mindset: you should be able to speak to what tested, what scaled, and why
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, data-informed environment where briefs evolve quickly
  • Eye for premium lifestyle aesthetics — Forme sits at the intersection of performance and luxury; you'll need to honor both

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other rapid-production tools for UGC-adjacent content
  • Familiarity with creative fatigue cycles and how to build sustainable asset libraries
  • Previous work at or with a DTC brand spending $500K+/mo in paid social

  • You have a working mental model of Forme's top-performing hooks, formats, and visual styles
