We are Forge Skin, a performance-driven DTC skincare brand.
We’re seeking an expert Meta Static Graphic Designer with proven experience in creating high-performing static ads for Meta platforms. This role sits at the intersection of both design and performance — transforming data insights into scroll-stopping visuals that convert. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and growth teams to produce static creatives that define our brand presence and drive measurable results.
🎯 Your Mission
- Design high-impact static ads optimized for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) platforms.

- Partner with the performance marketing team to interpret campaign data and iterate designs based on key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS).

- Contribute to creative strategy sessions to identify what drives engagement and conversions.

- Maintain visual consistency across campaigns while testing bold new creative directions.

- Collaborate with copywriters, media buyers, and brand managers to align visuals with messaging.

- Stay on top of Meta’s evolving creative best practices and competitor trends.

🧠 What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design for Meta ads, ideally within DTC or performance-driven brands.

- Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing static creatives (image-based ads).

- Solid understanding of creative testing, ad metrics, and how to interpret performance data.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma or Canva.

- Excellent sense of typography, layout, and color psychology in digital advertising.

- Growth mindset — eager to learn from results and continuously optimize.

- Bonus: Experience working with eCommerce or skincare/beauty brands.
