iOS Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an iOS Software Engineer to develop, extend and optimize our iPad application aimed at improving the lives of older adults through AI-driven healthcare solutions. You will work closely with designers, AI engineers, and AWS engineers to deliver a seamless, user-friendly experience.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building high-quality, user-friendly applications, working with design systems, and collaborating with AI engineers, designers, and healthcare professionals to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and enhance our existing iPad application using Swift/Xcode.
• Implement new features and improvements based on user feedback and business needs.
• Optimize app performance, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure long-term stability.
• Ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation based on Figma designs, working with design systems and reusable components.
• Work closely with AWS and AI engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Oversee and manage iOS App Store updates, ensuring compliance with Apple’s guidelines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including code structure, API integration details, and best practices.
• Stay up to date with iOS development trends, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve the app.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in iOS development (Swift, Xcode, UIKit, SwiftUI).
• Proven experience developing, launching, and maintaining at least one iOS application on the Apple App Store.
• Strong understanding of Figma design systems, pixel-perfect implementation, and component-based UI development.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
• Familiarity with AI-driven applications or integrating AI models is a plus.
• Passion for healthcare technology and improving the lives of older adults.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
