This role is for a lead software engineer with extensive experience in developing and deploying advanced software solutions including applications that integrate with GenAI. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in GCP architecture and solution development.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

• Leading the development and delivery of a suite of GenAI software applications in support of the global marketing organization
• Architecting and integrating complex novel data science algorithms into the fabric of these end user applications
• Ensuring application performance and adhering to enterprise compliance and best practice development standards
• Mentoring junior developers and engineers

Qualifications

You'll have...

• Master's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience as leading or part of a team delivering successful technology products
• 5+ years of data and software application development experience
• 3+ years of experience in Python programing skills and proficient understanding of GCP/BigQuery or equivalent cloud data environment
• 1+ years of advanced knowledge of Gen AI capabilities and data science applications experience

Even better, you may have...

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience as leading or part of a team delivering successful technology products
• 10+ years of data and software application development experience
• 5+ years of experience in Python programing skills and proficient understanding of GCP/BigQuery or equivalent cloud data environment
• 2+ years of advanced knowledge of Gen AI capabilities and data science applications experience
• 1+ year of experience developing flexible user interface frameworks such as React or Angular
• Experience developing Gen AI based data science solutions
• Understanding of and experience working in the marketing communications and marketing analytics domains
• Experience managing data discovery, integration and application development
• Experience with analytics methodology research
• Independent self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Positive thinker; yes, not no; and inspiring to others on the team
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships and work across teams
