Principal Product Designer

Foolproof is looking for a UI/UX Design Lead to define and elevate the user experience across our procurement intake and triage platforms. If you’re passionate about simplifying complex workflows, crafting beautiful and intuitive interfaces, and leading designers toward excellence, this role offers the chance to do your best work.

You’ll drive the design vision for key products such as Workbench Lite and our Web Portal, partnering closely with teams to build solutions that are not only functional — but genuinely enjoyable to use.

⭐ What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end design across web and mobile platforms — from research to concepts to polished delivery.
• Create intuitive, user-centered experiences that make complex processes feel simple.
• Mentor and guide junior designers; champion best-in-class design practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align design strategy with business goals.
• Evolve and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid iteration based on insights.
• Drive consistency and quality across procurement tools and digital touchpoints.

⭐ What we’re looking for

• 5–8 years of UI/UX experience with a Portfolio showcasing exceptional digital design.
• A degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proven leadership in managing end-to-end design projects.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience with user research and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript (nice to have).
• Experience with agile teams and design systems.
• Background designing for procurement or supply chain platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power Apps and MS Forms intake workflows is beneficial.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clean, intuitive UI components.
