Job Description

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Head, Performance Marketing to join our regional team. As a Head, you will manage and develop a team while owning channel strategy and performance across 16 countries.

What's On Your Plate

• Lead, manage and develop a team of performance marketers, setting direction, coaching for growth, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
• Own the performance marketing strategy across APAC and Europe, launching and optimising high-impact evergreen and integrated campaigns across paid search and paid social channels
• Own and manage channel budgets, pacing spend against targets and reallocating toward the highest-ROI opportunities
• Drive creative optimisation across channels, shaping ad creative strategy, running creative testing, and applying performance insights to improve relevance and efficiency
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline manual performance marketing workflows (campaign setup, bid management, reporting, and creative iteration), freeing up time for strategy and experimentation
• Work cross functionally and cross regionally to develop, launch and track high-impact evergreen and integrated concepts
• Determine areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention
• Track and maintain campaign performance and benchmarks to measure effectiveness of digital media, gathering insights continuously to build best-in-class practices
• Measure, analyse and report performance across your channels, driving channel mix and budget decisioning
• Leverage data to produce analyses on media channel performance and ROI

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Web & App) across multiple major channels (Google, Apple, Meta, or TikTok), with a proven track record of successful channel innovation
• Experience leading and developing a team, with a management style that fosters collaboration, open communication and mutual respect
• Direct experience with app performance marketing (e.g. Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads) and/or paid social platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok); exposure across both search and social is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of creative optimisation—creative testing, iteration, and using performance data to improve ad effectiveness
• Solid working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer)
• Working knowledge of both pixel and mobile app measurement and tracking, with the ability to resolve ad operations issues that affect campaign tracking and performance
• Proven track record of working with significant marketing budgets and optimising campaigns at scale
• Understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and incrementality
• Highly analytical and structured thinking, with a passion for numbers and problem-solving, as well as a strong ability to think creatively
• Capable of handling multiple projects and tasks, prioritising effectively, and working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, suited for senior management
