Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Nagpur. The Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for training materials, marketing collateral, presentations, and digital channels that clearly communicate food safety messages and brand values. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts, designing logos and icons, preparing artwork for print and digital use, and maintaining consistent visual identity across all materials. The role involves collaborating with trainers, consultants, and the marketing team to understand content needs, translating complex information into clear visual formats, and revising designs based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also manage design files, adhere to brand guidelines, and support the creation of visual assets for social media, website content, and client-facing documents.

Qualifications

·    Develop high-quality graphic designs, illustrations, and visual content tailored to project requirements.

• Design marketing materials, presentations, and technical visuals using software like Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, etc.
• Draft, format, and finalize official documents, technical reports, project documentation, and meeting minutes.
• Multitasking and Communication

· Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance team productivity.

• Regularly evaluate and upgrade personal skills in hardware, software, and design domains to meet industry standards.
• Install, update, and manage software applications as per organizational needs.

·        Prepare wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for design concepts.

·        Ensure designs align with branding guidelines and project goals.

• Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations with concise and engaging content
