About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Marketing Specialist who can turn ideas into impactful content for our digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing all content strategy for social media, our website, and other platforms. You will help us grow our brand across all channels, increase engagement, and make sure our message is clear and consistent everywhere. This position is fully remote and based in Türkiye

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize content for digital platforms (social media, blog, newsletters, etc.)
• Produce engaging platform-specific content (Youtube, Facebook, Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn posts, etc.)
• Present product stories, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Design etc.) to align messaging
• Own and maintain the content calendar and brand voice consistency
• Generate creative ideas that increase reach, engagement, and awareness
• Monitor and analyze content performance to guide future strategy
• Collaborate with external channels and partners to create joint content, manage communication, and monitor engagement and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in content marketing or digital storytelling
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills
• Strong creative instincts and familiarity with current social media trends
• Comfortable being in front of the camera for video content
• A proven ability to perform in fast-paced environments and startup work culture
• Proactive and adaptable professional with high energy and self-motivation
• Experience in the food, e-commerce, or lifestyle industry is an advantage
