Position Overview
The Manager, Content Marketing is responsible for executing and managing high-impact content strategies that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, customer engagement, and fuel lead generation campaigns. This role oversees editorial content, customer storytelling, webinars, and social media strategy. The Manager will also lead the content pipeline, ensuring quality execution across multiple channels, and will work closely with internal stakeholders to support key marketing initiatives. This role directly manages the Content Specialist, ensuring strong alignment on execution.

Qualifications
Desired Skill Set:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Years of Experience: 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, social media strategy, and thought leadership.
Required Skills:
Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills.
Experience managing content calendars, SEO strategies, and multi-channel content execution.
Proven experience planning and executing webinars and repurposing content.
Social media strategy experience with a focus on engagement and brand growth.
Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring team members.
Familiarity with tools such as Wistia, HubSpot, and G2 a plus.
